Whether you are looking for a quick chat or long term coaching, I am so excited to connect with you and assist you on your journey!  At this time, initial consultations are only available through live email chats or Facebook messages.

Each session is billed in 15 minute increments to customize the amount of time you need.  An initial 30 minute payment is required before scheduling an appointment. If not all 30 minutes are used, you will be refunded the 15 minute payment.

After payment, you will be contacted via email to schedule a chat appointment and venue within 24 hours.  If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder and email info@jennifersoldner.com.

Confidentiality is guaranteed.  All conversations through email will be viewed solely by Jennifer Soldner.  I will never copy, share or discuss the contents of the email correspondence or phone sessions unless to comply with legal requirements, including but not limited to disclosing any desire for self-harm or harm of another individual.  Any conversation through a third party platform such as Facebook is held to their specific terms of service and privacy policies.
