Upright: This card represents a moment of pause in one’s work as well as reflection of what has gone well and assessment of what may not be working. It calls us to re-evaluate long term plans, assess our priorities, and edit out what is no longer beneficial. This card comes up in a time when you are learning and growing through your hard work. Rewards are beginning to appear from your efforts and now is the time to continue to move forward and keep on.
Reversed: If this card is pulled in a reverse position, it may mean that you are working hard on endeavors which are not yielding any results. You might be flailing around in busywork, unsure of your focus, and getting nowhere. This reversed card calls you to establish a plan, consider your priorities, listen to feedback, and pause to reflect on what you have been working on. It may also be telling you that you are giving up prematurely and instead you need to look at your actions and consider why you are not getting the results you desire from your work.
