Courses and Intensives

What is an eCourse?

An eCourse is a written, video, or audio program that is delivered directly to your email inbox beginning immediately after purchase.  When and how often the emails are delivered varies depending on the eCourse or program, however each eCourse delivery is spaced in a manner specifically designed to offer you optimum value for the program.

An eCourse is a great option for those who want daily, weekly or even monthly assistance in a specified area.

What is an Intensive?

An Intensive is a compilation of downloadable materials, such as written materials, audio mp3s, eBooks, cheat sheets, etc. that are made available immediately after purchase (unless in the case of a pre-sale). They are designed to give you immediate access to a plethora of pertinent information in order to fast track your learning and personal development.

An Intensive is a great option for those who are looking for inclusive, thorough and immediate assistance in a specified area.

When does the eCourse begin after I sign up?

Immediately after you sign up for or purchase an eCourse or program, you will receive a welcome email explaining the structure of the course as well as any additional information you may need.

I haven't received any emails after my purchase.

In the case of the initial welcome or thank you emails, they should arrive immediately after purchase.  Please allow up to one hour to receive the first email.  In some cases, you may receive an email asking you to confirm your purchase. In this case, click on the confirmation link in the email.

If you have received the welcome email and are awaiting subsequent emails as is the case with eCourses, check the time.  All emails are spaced out based on the specific eCourse and will send at the time stated in the initial welcome email.  Please note that the times specified are Eastern Standard Time (GMT -4:00).

If you still have not received the email:

  1. Check your spamtrashjunk and promotional folders.
  2. Add noreply@jennifersoldner.com and jennifer@jennifersoldner.com to your address book.
  3. Contact me and I can check to see where the error may have occurred and resend the email if necessary.

 

Can you resend previous eCourse emails?

Unfortunately, no.  The email system used only recognizes one email address per sign up or purchase.  In order to restart a course or receive previously sent emails, you would need to repurchase or re-sign up using a different email address.

I lost my video access password.

Some videos may require a video access password which should have been emailed to you along with the direct video link.  In the event that you have lost your password, please first review your inbox or deleted email to see if you can recover the original email.  If you are still unsuccessful, contact us and we can send you a new password.

I cannot download the video file from Vimeo.

Some videos allow you to download the file directly to your computer.

From your desktop computer, in the video description located underneath the video on Vimeo.com, you should see a download button.  (If you cannot find the download button on the video, recheck the course information to see if downloading the videos was included in the purchase.)  Clicking the download button will bring up several options.  If you are unable to download the video, attempt a different size option.  In most cases, this will solve the problem.

If you are still unable to download the video, please contact us so we can assist you.

I cannot download the intensive files.

To download the files, right click on the links included in the email and click “Save Link As” or “Save As.”  If you are still experiencing problems, try these tips:

  • Turn of ad or pop-up blockers in your browser to allow the pop-up download window to function.
  • Clear your cache.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Use a different browser or device.

Can I use the media files for a class or on my website?

No.  All downloadable media, including guided meditations, videos, audio, or music files are for personal use only and are not licensed to be resold, redistributed or used in any commercial or non-commercial media, including websites.  For more information, please see our Terms of Service.

What is the refund policy on intensives or eCourses?

Due to the electronic nature of intensives and eCourses, some sales are non-refundable.  Each product has a clearly stated refund policy.  I want to make sure you feel confident in your purchases, so if you are unsure, I encourage you to take a look around the website, read some articles or take a personality test.  If you relate to the free content, then chances are you will benefit from the products as well.  For more information, please see the Terms of Service.
