What are essential oils?
Essential oils are aromatic liquids found within many shrubs, flowers, trees, roots, bushes, and seeds. These liquids not only offer fragrance to plant life, but they also carry nutrients and oxygen throughout the plant system.
For thousands of years, people have been using these oils, often referred to as the “life blood” of a plant, for everything from aromatherapy to personal beauty and cleaning products.
How do I use oils?
One of my absolute favorite parts about using essential oils is how diverse they are! Many use them in a diffuser to uplift spirits, enhance mental clarity or relax at the end of a long day.
Several find benefits in reaching for lemon or eucalyptus oil at the first sign of a cough or sniffle. They also offer a pure alternative to household cleaners, enhance everyday beauty routines, add fragrance to the home, and so much more!
Ultimately, oils play a vital role in improving emotional wellness, enhancing mental clarity and resting in spiritual balance.
